Welcome to Promiseland, the children’s ministry at Christ Fellowship! It is our privilege to serve you and your family, but not just on Sundays. Promiseland has so much to offer all week long. We hope you will take a minute and learn about the opportunities to help children and parents follow Christ.
Promiseland Basics
We want your children to experience the Person and Character of Jesus Christ when they visit. We have curriculum beginning at 2 year-olds and extending up through 5th Grade. Your children will experience Christ through stories, crafts, song and group experiences designed to introduce them to our Savior. If you are planning your first visit, here, are a few things you need to know:
Register your child for Promiseland
Our main entrance is located on the South side of the building. To register your child(ren) for Promiseland, turn left immediately after entering the building. You’ll see our Noah’s Ark Guest Registration Desk. One of our hospitality volunteers will be ready to register your family. You can also pre-register by downloading this registration form (pdf), filling it out and bringing it with you on Sunday. We recommend that you arrive early on your first visit so we can enter your information into our system.
On future visits you can go straight to a check-in kiosk, and since you'll already be in the system it's much faster (you'll just provide the last four digits of your phone and your child's name).
First things First (Safety)
- We are very concerned about the safety of your children. Your children will be provided a unique disposable name tag with their name, birthday and classroom assignment. Along with the tag, the guardian of your child will receive a “claim tag” that identifies you as the approved person to pick up your children. Each claim tag has a random 3 or 4 digit alpha numeric code that matches exactly the code on your child’s name tag. No two tags are the same. These codes change each week and for each activity you bring your children to.
- All of our volunteers are screened and undergo a professional background check. Your children’s safety is our primary concern!
- Our facilities are carefully cleaned and sanitation procedures are followed by workers. Training is provided to our volunteers. Volunteers work in pairs so that children are not left alone with a single volunteer/worker. We also have video monitoring of classrooms.
